Return and Exchange Policy:
- Return and exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
- We offer credit note upon return which is valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Refund is offered only if client has received a damaged, defective or wrong supply of products.
- Intimation for return/exchange should be sent to sales@taraandi.com within 2 days of receiving the package. Parcel will be picked up within 2-3 working days of raising the query.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- Return and exchange is accepted within India only.
- Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.
