return & exchange policy

  • All products at tara and i are mindfully handcrafted by a team working across different areas to make sure you receive only the best.
  • We do a thorough quality check before sending all your order out; however, sometimes we do make mistakes, and we apologise for that. We request you to contact us on +91 72089 30181 for any queries.

RETURNS:

  • As a brand that aims to curb over production, all our pieces are made to order, unless specified. Owing to this, as a company we do not accept returns.
However, the exception is as follows:
  • A return/replacement can be made if you have received a damaged, defective or wrong supply of product(s) from tara and i. In this case, kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package by sending us an email at sales@taraandi.com, stating the issue and attaching an image of the same. We will get back to the following working day. This is only valid for domestic orders i.e. India.
  • Item(s) purchased during a sale are not eligible for return and exchange.
    • Once your return request has been approved, the reverse pickup will be arranged and executed within 2-3 working days. Please make sure of the following:
    • The piece is unworn/unused.
    • The packaging, tags and invoice are intact.
  • Without the above, the return/replacement will not be accepted. 

EXCHANGES:

  • We are happy to offer a size exchange if the piece you ordered fits incorrectly.
  • In cases where the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • If the size ordered does not fit you, kindly intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the package by sending us an email at sales@taraandi.com, stating if you’d like to size up or down and attaching an image of the same. This will help us in serving you the best. We will get back to you on the next working day. Exchanges are only valid on domestic orders i.e. in India.

ALTERATIONS:

For any minor alterations, we’re happy to help you. You can connect with us over email or contact us on WhatsApp addressing your concerns and we will let you know what is best possible!

If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, as we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. However, we encourage you to check with your friends and family if they might like to take that piece off your hands.
